Worried that Cubs Spring Training site will be delayed because of stubbornness of other teams playing in Mesa. If they do not want to pay for Cubs new stadium, Naples, Florida will-without the hassles of dealing with other MLB team owners. At least financing for Cubs stadium in Naples is already settled!
