What would you do when Cubs win their first world series in 100 years?

I am wondering what other cubs fans will do when cubs win their first world series (should be this year.) While I would feel bad that some of their long time fans died without seeing this happen, it would a unique, special event.

I would be so happy I would buy all the official cubs world series memorabilia they sell after the teams win the world series. i know those official cubs world series t-shirts, shirts, hats, etc will be worth bubkus in a few years (look at footlocker and the cheapest stuff on clearance is the "official world series/superbowl. NBA championship" gear from 2 to 3 years ago.)

A better memoribilia would be buying a selection of chicago newspapers with the big headline cubs win world series. Wow, readers of this blog, you owe me big for that free tip:)

Cubs Playoff Games ON TBS!?!

I hate that the first round Cubs Playoff Game is on TBS rather then Fox. I do not have cable and considering that all the other playoff games after the 1st round will be on Fox, why the heck is the first round on TBS?!?!

I just want to see the Cubs make history live, rather then rely on gameday and cubs.com website. I am sure they will win against Dodgers but they still should show it on regular (non cable) TV for all the other Cubs fans without Cable. I mean does Fox think they will get higher ratings from f#### Kitchen Nightmares, Fringe, or any of their other "must see shows." I bet the cubs playoff game would be seen by more people then almost any of their regular prime time programming.

I can only say that whoever decided that TBS would be the best tv station to broadcast the cubs playoff games should be fired, and humiliated in the worse way. I bet when TBS has the higher ratings broadcasting the first round 5 game Cubs series, Fox will be seen as Idiots.
